Deutsch: Moderne kristalline Silizium Solarzelle. Das PERC Design (passivated emitter and rear cell) hat fingerförmige Kontakte auf der Rückseite, die als Linien sichtbar sind (rechtes Bild). Damit erreicht man Zellwirkungsgrade über 20%. Hergestellt im Institut für Solarenergieforschung Hameln (ISFH), Deutschland.
English: Modern crystalline silicon solar cell. The PERC design (passivated emitter and rear cell) has finger-shaped contacts at the rear side, visible as lines (right image). Cell efficiencies presently exceed 20%. Fabricated at the Institute for Solar Energy Research Hamelin (ISFH), Germany.
