Македонски: Под органска храна се мисли на овошје и зеленчук каде при одгледување не смеат да се користат пестициди, хербициди , нивата на која се одгледува органска храна најмалку три претходни години не смее да била во допир со хемиски средства, органското овошје и зеленчук содржи 27%, повеќе витамин Ц, 21% повеќе железо, 29% повеќе магнезиум и 13% повеќе фосфор од другите.
